Beach Vibes-Yin Yoga+ Massage
Using elements of massage, this is a practice with a hands-on component that allows for a deeper connection to the breath and body in yin poses. We end the session with a 15-minute guided meditation to pull the entire practice together.
As you practice, imagine the sounds of the ocean, the salty smell of campfires on the beach, and perfect warm temperature surrounding your body like a hug.
This 90-minute yin and meditation practice is designed to allow you to release tension in your muscles and mind. All levels of practice are welcome.
Enjoy this relaxing yin yoga class as 2 RMTs (me) & Christine Northman, plus a yoga teacher (yoga with Jas, trained in Thai massage) float the room to help you deepen your stretch & release through massage.
