Make it fun: Use colors, shapes, or textures. Tiny tastes can lead to big wins!
Get kids involved: Grocery shopping, washing veggies, or plating food builds interest and ownership.
Stay consistent: Routine and patience are key, change takes time.
For some children, picky eating is linked to sensory sensitivities, autism, ADHD, or other neurodivergent exceptionalities.
