๐ฃ๏ธโจ How do we make ๐๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐? It all comes down to tongue position, lip shape, and vocal cord vibration!

Vowel sounds change depending on how high or low the tongue is in the mouth and whether it's more forward or back. For example, โeeโ (as in see) is made with a high, forward tongue, while โawโ (as in saw) has a low, back tongue position.
Our lips also help shape certain vowels! Rounded lips create sounds like โoโ (as in go) or โooโ (as in moon), while unrounded lips give us sounds like โeeโ and โaโ (as in cat).
Unlike some consonants, all vowels are voiced, meaning our vocal cords vibrate to create sound.
