Join us for a meditative journey into relaxation of body, mind and spirit. This workshop will begin with gentle movement to loosen up, connect, and ground into your body. A guided meditation will follow, bringing awareness to breath and cultivating mindfulness. We will close with a sound bath to immerse you in healing frequencies that promote stress relief, leaving you feeling refreshed and more in tune!
