Developing a daily ritual is immensely beneficial to our emotional and physical health. When we are firmly planted in gratitude, our reactions to challenges that arise are less impactful. I am grateful for my time over this past weekend, with an adored friend, sharing multiple deep heartfelt conversations, lunch and coffee, celebrating her birthday, and creating a humongous pot of nutritious soup together. I am grateful to share the joy of the delicious vegetables grown in my family's garden, with her and her family! 💛

This is so true! Working long hours, seven days each week, with no breaks, exercise, or pure fun, is never the best for or good physical and emotional health.

Creating a plan that clearly identifies days off each week and vacation weeks every year is beneficial! 🩵

Including time during each work day, for body movement, nutritious meals, adequate hydration, , joyful activities, and wellness/self-care moments, increases our energy, thus clarity and productivity, and improves our mental and physical health! 🩵
