Someone asked me this week if the coconut is a superfood...because it seems that if you eat 2 tablespoons of it each day, then you can loose weight, improve your health, have less risk of cancer, etc...well this is marketing!
Sorry to say that one scientific study can't be taken to make a statement about one food! Here is a good picture that resume very well the concept of superfood: there is no superfood! Each food have his own advantage that's why variety is the key!
