The Shift - Yoga with Alison - RYT Alison is a yoga teacher and social worker. She currently works with victims of domestic violence. Alison is a yoga teacher with over 300hrs of teacher training.

This page aims to share her love for movement and yoga as a tool for healing and to educate people on relational abuse. She is also a therapist working in partner assault response. She enjoys weaving her skill sets as therapist and yoga instructor to provide her clients with opportunities to grow, heal, and expand.

Thank-you for sharing your energy this past Saturday at the 2pm Hot Yoga Class at RSC in support of victims of domestic abuse! It was a therapeutic and nurturing experience. We are now open to drop-ins $20 or by donation. So please join our beautiful group of people, receive a charitable tax receipt, and practice for an important cause.
