This is what intentional treatment can look like.

Over the course of 2025, I started noticing a shift in how patients were booking their appointments.
I noticed fewer trend-driven requests and more thoughtful questions. I also had ore conversations with patients around long-term care, skin health, and feeling supported, not just treated.

Instead of asking “What’s popular?”, many patients began asking “What actually makes sense for me?”
As we move into 2026, that mindset continues.

Wellness-focused appointments, skin quality treatments like microneedling, and conservative injectables are being approached with more intention and as always, guided by consultation, assessment, and education.

There’s no rush, no one-size-fits-all plan, and no pressure to do everything at once. Just thoughtful care, built over time.

As we move into 2026, I wanted to share a few important updates with my patients. This year, I’ll primarily be seeing patients at SKN MD Ottawa, while continuing to serve Montréal on select dates, with my books now open for January & February.

I also encourage patients to regularly check the booking site banner for current winter promotions and upcoming updates to services, with changes rolling out by February 1st. Behind the scenes, I’ve entered a new chapter in my practice, allowing me to focus even more intentionally on patient care and education.

The year ahead will also include the addition of a new micro needling device and opportunities for a small number of content models to participate in educational and informational content. Thank you for trusting me with your care. I’m looking forward to another year of thoughtful, patient-focused treatments. 🤍 🎀
