Structural Chiropractic care is different from Traditional Chiropractic care. A lot of the times the difference is significant to your well being!

“I am or should I say was a skeptic of the long term beneficial results of seeing a Chiropractor. My history with them is to go and see them when my back/neck stiffens up. Typical remedy is to crack my back/neck and off I go. Even when I continued and went a few weeks in a row as suggested, it was the same every time, crack and see ya later.
I was told by friend's for years about how different Dr. Mankal's treatments are but I simply didn't believe them, now I do.
Dr. Mankal examined me, took a series of X-rays and measurements and told me what he would do if I agreed to undergo a twelve week program. He explained what I had going on and how he could correct it bring relief through good spinal structure. Still skeptical but thought why not, what do I have to loose.

Folks, twelve weeks later and the results of his work are nothing short of amazing. He once again took x-rays and showed me how different my posture is and let me tell you the proof in in the pudding for sure. X-rays don't lie and they backup how much better I feel now, simply amazing!

The clinic has three stations of equipment that can only be compared to sort of gym style equipment but with straps and pulleys and weights. These are used to reshape whatever Dr. Mankal is correcting, for me it was sitting in a chair with multiple straps at critical places. I went from 5 minutes in the beginning to 18 minutes at the end of the twelve weeks. Hard to explain but trust me he knows whats going on and he knows how to fix.

BTW, I am an avid golfer and I'm now able to swing much more freely and with zero restriction. I am 66 years old.

I am sharing my before and after X-ray so you can see for yourself how much straighter my posture is. Hy head now sits further back above my spine instead of far in front. The Red line is my spine and the Green line represents a perfect spine.
