The Central Lambton FHT (CLFHT) consist of nine family physicians supported by nine allied health professionals who work as a team to provide comprehensive primary care to the residents of Central Lambton and rural Lambton. These family physicians work with a group of nine allied health professionals including a Nurse Practitioner, two Registered Nurses, a Social Worker, a Dietician, a part-time Pharmacist, a Health Promoter, and a Physician Assistant and a part-time Chiropodist to improve access to primary care for patients in Central and rural Lambton.

Thank you to our NPs Jaimelynn and Jen at the Wyoming Access to Care site along with Janessa and Victoria at the Petrolia site. They all play an important role on the care team.

We are very fortunate to receive such amazing care in our community as a result of such skilled, caring NPs.

It’s World Immunization Day!

Vaccines save lives and nurses help make that happen every day.

Whether they’re giving routine shots, supporting public health campaigns or educating patients, nurses play a key role in keeping our communities safe. In Ontario, nurses are authorized to administer vaccines as part of their scope of practice, and they do it with skill, care and compassion.

From babies to seniors, nurses are there at every stage of life, helping people stay protected.

Let’s give a shoutout to nurses for the incredible work they do to support immunization across the province!
