✨Meet Ingrid:
Ingrid Parrott – Certified Yoga Teacher
Ingrid is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with a specialized 95-hour training in trauma-informed yoga for youth. She brings mindfulness, creativity, and intention to every class, guiding students to build strength, flexibility, and emotional balance while cultivating calm and self-awareness.
A lifelong maker and creative, Ingrid has been a jewellery designer since 2009 in Sarnia, Ontario. She balances her love of yoga and teaching with family life, raising her spirited 4-year-old son alongside her husband Michael, their dog Astrid, and cat Ivy. Ingrid’s classes combine thoughtful guidance with a welcoming, supportive atmosphere, helping students of all levels feel confident and connected on the mat.
