May & June Karma Classes will be going to Canadian Mental Health Association Lambton Kent 🤍 Join us Sunday mornings at 10:00am. These are donation based classes that are here to support you and our community.

May 4th-10th is Mental Health Week and we have added 3 extra classes to our schedule to support you in taking time for YOU! These are free classes to support you. If you or someone you know needs a quiet, welcoming space to reconnect please know you are welcome here.

Registration for all classes is through the MINDBODY app. If you can no longer attend a class please cancel your spot so that others who would like to attend can.

This week we launch our annual Mental Health Awareness Bingo Challenge. You can purchase yours for a minimum donation of $5 in our storefront. All donations will go to CMHA. This is such a fun challenge with a chance to win some amazing prizes!

We are grateful to be bringing this much loved workshop back just before we move into Mental Health Month. Now more than ever it’s important for us to slow down, to care for and to connect with ourselves.

Rest & Restore: A Somatic Journey Into The Parasympathetic Nervous System 🤍

When: April 26th at 12:00pm-2:00pm

Join Crystal for a 2 hour workshop exploring the healing powers of the parasympathetic nervous system through the lens of somatic and restorative yoga. In this deeply nourishing experience, you’ll learn how stress impacts the nervous system and tools on how to gently shift into a state of rest, repair, and resilience.

Through guided education, slow somatic movement, supported restorative postures, and breath-based awareness, you will awaken your body’s natural capacity to relax and restore.

This workshop offers both insight and embodied practice, inviting you to reconnect with your inner calm and deepen your yoga journey from the inside out.

Open to all levels. No experience needed.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🤍

Once again, we are honoured to be teaming up with Canadian Mental Health Association

All donations from our Karma Classes throughout May & June , will go directly to support mental health in our community.
Join us Sunday mornings at 10:00am-11:00am.

From the very beginning, it has been our mission at The Raven Heart to support our community in ways that bring hope, awareness, connection, love, and healing.
We are so grateful for each of you, those who continue to show up for yourselves, and for one another.

In honour of Mental Health Week, we will also be offering a selection of free classes. If you know someone who could benefit from this space, from a moment to breathe, to move gently, or to simply rest, please share this with them.

Sometimes, one class… one breath… one moment of stillness can change everything.

We know, because it has changed our lives too.
