Here are some 👣 Tips
1. Check your feet everyday
2. Wash your feet in warm water and dry make sure to dry completely paying close attention to in between your toes.
3. Always wear shoes and socks or closed toe slippers, even inside, to avoid injury.
4. Wear shoes that fit well. Check inside your shoes for any pebbles prior to putting them on.
5. Have your Pordotho Nurse regularly trim your toenails straight across and gently smooth any sharp edges, calluses and remove corns.
6. Put your feet up when you’re sitting, and wiggle your toes for a few minutes several times throughout the day to keep blood flowing
