If you’re juggling life, work, kids and everyone else’s needs, let’s talk about boundaries. Not in the ‘just say no’ sense, but in the deeper way—asking yourself, ‘What do I need to feel whole?’ and making room for that need. It’s not always easy, but your well-being is worth that kind of intention.
