Hello everyone,

I'm excited to announce that I will be returning to work Tuesday, August 19th 2025!!🥳

As of right now, I will be coming back part time on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I understand these days might not work for everyone, but I will try my best to be accommodating. I plan to slowly add a work day to my schedule as I feel ready to do so. I will keep you all updated with any future changes to my schedule.

Hello Everyone!!

Just a reminder I will be away on maternity leave until further notice (I plan to be back sometime in the summer!)

My husband and I welcomed a beautiful baby boy into our family last week🩵

Just a heads up about some changes that I am making to my fee schedule in the New Year.

Due to recent inflation, I will be raising treatment costs to the following:

New Fee Schedule (Effective February 1st 2024)

30 Minute Massage Treatment - $70.00
45 Minute Massage Treatment - $85.00
60 Minute Massage Treatment - $110.00
75 Minute Massage Treatment - $125.00
90 Minute Massage Treatment - $150.00

*HST included in all rates
