Chiropractic visits can help prevent future spinal issues by maintaining proper joint function. By addressing minor misalignments early, students reduce the risk of acute or chronic pain. Tips to consider when heading back to school:
🍎 Choose the right backpack. Something with wide straps and padding
🍏 Pack light. A general guideline is to carry no more than 10-15% of your body weight
🍎 Avoid slouching. Focus on good posture
🍏 Stay active. Engage in intramurals and school activities. They help positively support physical & mental health
🍎 Sleep well. A healthy guide to aim for is 8-10 hours of sleep per night
🍏 Hydrate and eat right. Proper nutrition supports overall health, including your spine!

Thank you to everyone that took the time on Saturday to wish Jill well on her last day 🦕 🎉 Jill dedicated 20 years to The Back Clinic and things will not be the same without her ❤️ We are so excited for her as she begins this new chapter and wish her nothing but the best. The Queen 👑 has officially retired! We will miss you so much 😘

We know many are excited about the mask mandate being lifted today but wanted you to be aware that this is not the case for all places of business. Because we are a health care facility, a mask is still required when coming in for your treatment.
