West Lambton Community Health Centre Every One Matters. WLCHC provides quality primary health care and disease prevention programs and services to our diverse community.

Enjoy the taste of fall with a box full of fresh, healthy, seasonal fruits and vegetables—still in season and perfect for cozy autumn meals!

Family-sized box: $20

Single-sized box: $15

Fruit bag or vegetable bag: $5 each
