Spring cleaning is here, and it’s the perfect time to refresh your CPAP equipment routine! Just like a tidy room makes us feel good, a clean CPAP can enhance your sleep quality. 💤

Here are some simple tips to keep your equipment in top shape:

🧼 Use a soft-bristled brush, soapy warm water, and a clean, dry cloth.
🚫 Stick to mild, fragrance-free soap, liquid detergent or vinegar —no bleach!
⏰ Make sure to clean your supplies with enough time for them to dry before bedtime.

🔹 Water tub: Wash with warm water and mild detergent weekly.
🔹 Headgear: Soak in warm water and mild soap/detergent weekly.
🔹 Mask cushion: Wash with warm water and mild soap/detergent daily.
🔹 Filters: Replace at least every six months, or more often if dirty.
