For those of you who know me, know that my love language is food.

Food is the first pillar of your health according to Ayurveda, so when it comes to giving healthy gifts what could be better than some delicious food.

So for this year’s Christmas gifts I picked zero preservative premium vinegars.

These are super healthy and beyond delicious. I picked 4 different varieties of balsamic vinegar- garlic dark aged, fig dark aged, pomegranate white and cranberry pear white!

She has received formal education in Ayurveda for 8 1/2 years from esteemed universities in India along with a year of Diploma in Natural Nutrition from Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
