🛡️ Daily Tips to Prevent Bladder Infections (UTIs) 🛡️

🔹 Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of fluids, especially water, is one of the simplest and most effective ways to prevent bladder infections. It helps flush bacteria from your urinary tract. Aim for 6-8 glasses of water daily!

🔹 Urinate frequently: Don’t hold it in! Urinating frequently helps eliminate bacteria from the urinary tract. Also, make sure to wipe from front to back to prevent bacteria spread.

🔹 Cranberry Power: Incorporate cranberries into your diet. While not a cure, cranberries contain compounds that may prevent certain bacteria from attaching to the urinary tract walls.

🔹 Shower Over Baths: While relaxing, baths can sometimes lead to UTIs. Showering helps prevent bacteria from entering the urinary tract.
