🐣🌷 Easter Long Weekend Hours 🌷🐣

Please note that all Rapids Family Health Team locations will be closed Friday, April 3rd and Monday, April 6th for the Easter long weekend.

Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, April 7th.

Our Access to Care clinic will remain open on Saturday, April 4th from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM for your urgent care needs.
