Bookings: We recommend booking spa appointments one to two weeks in advance. For group appointments, reservations should be made two to three weeks in advance. Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment ensuring a prompt start time. In consideration of all guests, late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. Health History: In order to provide the best quality spa experience, we ask that our guests complete a health assessment form. This will ensure our estheticians and registered massage therapists are aware of any medical conditions that may affect your treatments. Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel your spa appointment.

Melanie is well versed with our spa mission and Eminence Organic Skin Care line. She has training from Marvel Beauty School in Yorkville, Toronto, Steiner Academy, in London England
and Canadian Beauty College. She has years of experience in the spa industry from working on Celebrity cruise lines and managing a couple of spas in Oakville.
