A gentle and relaxing space for you after birth 💕
45 minutes of soft, gentle and easy going yoga focused on pelvic floor, deep core support, and releasing tension from feedings and carrying the baby. 💕

We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the body without pressure or rushing.

We’ll finish with 15 minutes of sound bath relaxation.

You’re welcome to join from 6 weeks postpartum.
After a C-section, sometimes it's needed to wait 8 weeks.
If you’re unsure, you can check with your doctor first.

A once-a-month yin & live music experience — closer to a concert than a class. •YINSOUNDS•

Three facilitators creating the experience together:
• sound healers
• musicians playing live (hang drum, gongs, bowls & voice)
• one of us is also a yoga teacher guiding the yin practice

We’ve been creating and performing together for a few years, blending slow yin with live music, deep sound layers and moments of stillness.
