It gives me the feeling of happiness. Join in to discover the tools I use Hello there, I am Masima, a mother of a beautiful boy, yogi, and a traveller. I started my physical practice of yoga in 2009 due to the back problems, which kept me up every night. In just a few months yoga has cured me from horrible back pains and allowed me to regain my normal life… well, at least at this time I thought my life was normal. However, my true yoga journey began in 2016, when I have moved to Jakarta, Indonesia. Feeling lonely, depressed, lost and broken in this new country, I have developed a daily self-practice of yoga to keep my busy mind stable. I discovered meditation as transformation of the mind, rather than a boring, non-moving 15 minutes of my day, and pranayama as a movement of energy within my whole body, rather than just a breathing exercise. Through this, I was able to glue all the small pieces together. And today, I finally, start to feel what is it like to be me, to know what I want, and to move towards my goals with open and kind heart. I wanted to share this amazing feeling of true freedom with all the beautiful people around me, as I always wanted to make this world a better place. I invite you to hop into the invisible train of life with me and discover the world within you in a different way than what you are may be used to. And remember that you can always get off this train and just observe.
