🎶 Please message for class details, thanks 😊 Using music of different styles and genres Groove is about feeling confident in your body whilst improving mobility, balance and strength but having FUN!! Classes always end with a relaxing Stillness section so Groove perfectly nourishes the mind, body and soul. I look forward to welcoming you and creating an awesome Groove West Lothian tribe.

Sometimes the hardest part is simply walking through the door.

❤️ I'm still floating in a bubble of calm, peace and love since attending a Crystal Workshop last night by the wonderful Rainbow Holistic Therapy 🥰 I was clueless about crystals 🙈 but now know how to properly look after them and appreciate their powers ✨️ It was an AWESOME few hours and I loved every minute 🤩 Thank you again!! 🙏✨️🌙🕯🌞🥰✨️
