2 hours of women coming together in circle. Jen holds such a warm, open, honest space where our hearts can open and connection to self becomes effortless ♥️♥️ Deeeelicious cacao spiced with cayenne and honey...its sooo silky smooth. Imagine a smooth, spicy, rich hot chocolate but with healing properties♥️

Just got home from tonight's session with my heart full of love and visions of what 2026 holds for me.

I saw my Bell tent, campfire, groups, polkemmet park, dancing, chanting, spirals, soup, laughter, moving meditation...
