Sometimes what we see in others is not really about them at all — it’s a reflection of something moving within us.

The people who warm us, challenge us, unsettle us, inspire us… often mirror the parts of ourselves we are growing into, healing, protecting, or still learning to understand.

When we root deeply in ourselves, those reflections stop feeling like threats and start becoming teachers.

Nothing outside us has the power to shake us when we are anchored within.

Nothing outside us can break us when we belong to ourselves first.

As above, so below. As within, so without.
