Miles is a Kinetic Chain Release Practitioner. KCR is a series of gentle, non invasive mobilisations. Everyone from babies to mature adults can receive KCR.

We Specialise in a range of therapies for our clients from Reiki Healing to Kinetic Chain Release as well as other healing's to help to put your body and mind into balance. Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is the proven gold standard protocol in health care today. It will reduce health care costs by millions of pounds / dollars annually. It can bring the body back into balance, often alleviating problems such as weak ankles, knee problems, hip and pelvic pain, back shoulder and neck pain, TMJ (injury to teeth or jaw, misalignment of teeth or jaw, teeth grinding, poor posture, stress etc) and headaches. Energy levels also increase dramatically when the body is in balance. Reiki is a healing technique based on the principal that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Laura also offers beauty treatments from Shellac fingers and toes to eyebrow tints, plucks, lash lifts and party lash applications, all eye treatments require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to treatment.
