On International Women’s Day, I’m grateful to be surrounded by some amazing ladies, especially the incredible women in my family! Celebrating & remembering my Gran, who was one of a kind. 💜
This photo is from 1950’s and my Gran is on the right of the middle row (cuddling people as always 😊)
She was an inspiration so in many ways, and volunteered for half her life with the Blood Donor Service. Back then, donations weren’t as frequent as now, but she still managed to donate 49 pints throughout her life, before she became too unwell to give her 50th.
I recently donated my 51st pint, so our joint total is now 100 pints between us ♥️

She’s my motivation and this photo makes me emotional and proud 😍 and, if it persuades any of you to donate when you hadn’t planned to, then this post will have got to the people who needed to see it 💜

7 years ago today, I qualified as a KCR therapist!

I knew on the very first day of the training that KCR was for me… I can’t describe it, I just knew I was privileged to be able to train in this therapy and I’m still excited that I get to do it every day! 🤩

It’s been a rollercoaster over the years, but I’m surrounded by some incredibly supportive people who never stopped believing in me!💜
It’s thanks to them that you all get the best version of me and I’m beyond grateful on a daily basis 😍

Thank you to each and every one of you who keep me busy, I’m forever thankful for the bookings, likes, shares recommendations & reviews! You guys are amazing 🙏🏼
