What are the benefits of this class?
1. Reduces joint strain while the water provides resistance for a gentle workout making this a safer workout for people with injuries

9. Social- we are a friendly bunch and encourage friendships within the class- if you join as a stranger you certainly won't leave as one! Our classes are small to allow a chance to build community!
