We’re here to help identify those in our community at risk of hypertension. Book an appointment to have your blood pressure checked, receive healthy living advice, and, if necessary, be referred to a healthcare professional.

👥 Who Can Access This Service?
Adults 40+ without a hypertension diagnosis.
Adults under 40 with a family history of hypertension (pharmacist discretion).
Adults aged 35-39 who self-request (subject to pharmacist discretion and availability).

🚫 Exclusions: This service isn’t available for those already monitored by your local GP.
