Have you been through a self defined trauma ?
Traumatized people chronically feel unsafe inside their bodies: The past is alive in the form of gnawing interior discomfort. Their bodies are constantly bombarded by visceral warning signs, and, in an attempt to control these processes, they often become expert at ignoring their gut feelings and in numbing awareness of what is played out inside. Cerrtain therapies and your own practices can help you regain power and gain balance over your own body and mind. You will need no-one to facilitate your own healing once you recognise how to harness the panic and build resilience. 💞

One such Trauma example can be in tbe form of Domestic abuse which can leave ruminating whispers etched on your heart and like the fog no clarity can be found . BUT illumination can return and the fog can disperse and you can see clearly again. If you use that pain to motivate/stir/activate your desire to thrive, and live, the reward is limitless. Your thoughts matter, your daily routines matter, no matter how simple that routine is.
