One day, you won’t be able to train like you do now.

The strength, the energy, the ability to push, it doesn’t last forever. Today, you still have it. Never take it for granted.

Not everyone gets the chance to move freely, to push their limits, to feel a genuine burn and know it means progress.

Don’t waste it. Don’t let excuses win. Show up, not because you have to, but because you can. 🫡 🤝

As we come to the end of 2025, I’ve been looking back at what this year has really been about for myself.

There has been plenty of achievements, progress, successes across the board. However, there has also been obstacles, challenges that have humbled me and put me back in my place.

What I am most happy about, what has been overcome.

I’ve been honest with myself, remained connected, and stayed grounded in the process of becoming better physically, mentally and emotionally compared to before.

We move into the new year with the same values, standards, and a fresh chance to build on what’s already been set from 25/26. 🤝🏻

11/12 - Mam Tor, Trig point📍🥾

Boxing Day morning well spent sticking with tradition and heading to Matlock for an early morning breakfast with my old man before watching the famous Raft Race.

After I headed off solo to tick off Mam Tor Trig point. Perfect route, breathtaking views, proper winter fresh air. 🙌🏻

My year in photos so far 2025 🎞️

1 - Co - presenting at the Studio awards night 🏆

2 - Gone 12 months Alcohol free. Challenge I set beginning of the year.

3 - 12 Trig points ticked off in the Peak District ✔️ (Video sums me up very well)

4 - Got myself back in great shape under the guidance and support from ,we have more goals to map out and achieve in 2026.

5 - Took part in a fundraiser for ‘Miles for Marley’ 🤍

6 - 1-2 Park-runs completed each month 🏃

A series of small steps taken one at a time will lead you somewhere.

No matter what anyone says, in all honesty none of us fully know the destination.

We might feel like we do, but until you start walking the walk, you’ll never know. ‘Life’ will happen that you will need to get around, overcome, and learn from, so your path may slightly change. You’ll get knock-backs, and your path could change again. The important thing is that you keep putting one foot in front of the other.

One step at a time, you’ll get there.

I’ll say this to anyone that wants to listen: It’s just about moving when everything tells you to stop, continually striving for improvement.

Smalls steps, one day at a time, and you’ll achieve. There are goals to be achieved. 🤝🏻

Another mega ‘Burn’ session last night - Huge effort from everyone who showed up and gave it everything.

Sessions like last night hit different when the whole team brings that energy.

The encouragement and work ethic makes me proud to be a coach. 🟠⚫️

Friday on the feed. Focus moving forward is to actually share more of my own personal journey training, and what I have mapped out over the coming months under the guidance of 🤝🏻

Session highlights - Push (Delt focused)

The message I got from my coach this week was let’s really push the intensity in sessions and start operating more with purpose. This got my mind ticking being a coach myself.

You will have days where you are all in, and also have days where you have all on just getting in the car to drive to the gym and train. Honestly, that’s completely normal. We all experience them internal battles in our head, but what matters is who you let win.

Training is a skill. And like any skill, the more you persevere with it, the more you will benefit from it. When you notice performance is in a good place, your strength is up, and you see physical changes in your physique, that’s when you start to genuinely get fired up for your sessions.

You are no longer going through the motions, you are building something you can be proud of. You will start to notice that amazing feeling called accomplishment.

Knowing that you’re one step further than you were yesterday. Lock in. 🔐

Your coach is only as good as you let them be 💭

A lot of people’s mindset is hiring a coach = Instant results. But the truth is, no coach can do the work for you.

We can offer you a plan, structure in place, knowledge and accountability - But it’s you that has to show up, follow through and communicate when things get tough.

For it to work, you need to show up consistently, follow the plan (As best as you can), communicate with what is going well, areas that need to be improved on.

Coaching works best when it’s a partnership. When you commit, stay honest, and put in the effort, that’s when the results come.
