Chronic, low-grade inflammation can exist for years without obvious symptoms, yet it plays a significant role in skin ageing, fatigue, immune function and overall health.

testing provides insight into inflammatory balance and essential fatty acid ratios, offering objective data rather than assumptions. This allows for a more informed, evidence-based approach to long-term wellbeing and preventative care.

Throughout February, I’ll be completing my own zinzino testing and sharing my results openly explaining what the markers mean, how they change, and how targeted support can influence outcomes over time.

Fear #1: “I’ll look fake or overdone.”
Our goal is to enhance your natural beauty, not change who you are. We believe in a ‘less is more’ approach, creating subtle, beautiful results that leave you looking refreshed and rejuvenated, not fake.

Fear #2: “It’s going to be really painful.”
Most fillers contain a numbing agent, and we can also apply a topical anesthetic to ensure you’re as comfortable as possible during the process. Most people report a feeling of pressure or a slight pinch, but it’s usually very quick and manageable.

Fear #3: “What if something goes wrong?”
Choosing a qualified and experienced injector is key. As a medical professional, I have a deep understanding of facial anatomy and am trained to handle any potential complications. We’ll have a thorough consultation to discuss your goals and a treatment plan that’s right for you.
