My name is Cat and I wanted to share with you some of the wonderful therapies and tools I have personally used throughout my own healing journey. I am curious about what can help us to have a great sense of wellbeing and I have been fortunate to not only try various therapies, but I have also spent many years learning these practices. Mostly these were tools for my own journey, which I am still on and always will be, however I am regularly told I need to share these blessings with the wider world. The therapies I offer range from relaxing and calming practices to deeper inner work which can support you to learn about yourself and grow to be a better and stronger version of yourself. Services I offer include; Reiki, Crystal Healing, Shamanic Healing, Sound Healing, Life Coaching and Tarot Readings. I'm eternally grateful to Sharna Louise at Amoura Wellness for inviting me to collaborate with her and the amazing Oracle card readings and mediumship readings with Shirleyjane as we brought relaxation, soul healing and messages from spirit together in one afternoon.

Being able to share the power of shamanic journeying with new groups of beautiful souls is always a blessing and I am grateful for all taking part.

And as much as I love sharing these gifts, Its important for us to receive too, as this helps keep me in balance and feeling whole.

Sharna's sound bath did its magic, alleviating aches and pains. And Spirit was on fire with it's messages through Shirley for the group, amazing all who received.

I am super excited to be a part of this sold out wellness event with my soul sisters, Sharna and Shirley next week.

We currently live in a world that moves at a restless pace in which our spirit can become fragmented. We give our energy to the noise, the doing, the endless becoming and quietly, parts of us drift into the shadows, waiting to be called home.

Our souls long for stillness, as it is in this space we can hear the calls that guide back into wholeness.

Next Sunday, we will be stepping into sacred space together and through the medicine of sound, shamanic journeying and messages from spirit, we be inviting in the frequencies to release, restore and rebalance our minds and bodies.

I look forward to seeing those who are joining us next week.

Absolutely loved doing a private reading evening for two lovely young women tonight, followed by a mini sound bath experience.

Personally, I think I needed the sound bath for myself and I am looking forward to having a good night's sleep.

I cannot thank my friend Candy enough for getting us out in nature tonight with our drums.

I didn't realise just how much I needed this evening of sound healing. The energy was so powerful between us and even the wildlife started to join in.

I've missed playing my drums for fun and it was so great to have a partner to bounce off. I cannot wait for the next one!

Yesterday I had the most wonderful day with Shirley teaching level one Reiki.

I love teaching this level, as it's always nice to go back to beginning; to discuss the history of Reiki, explore chakras, to share the excitement of beginning a reiki journey and to have students experience using energy in a different way.

Welcome Shirley Jane to Level one Reiki and I'm excited to share this gift and journey with you.
