All those cute pink needles!! (and no make-up 🙈)

A natural alternative to Botox....it lifts, firms and smoothes with a natural look.

Along with my friend Michelle at YOLO Acupuncture, I'm undertaking additional training by Facial Enhance - renowned Paul Adkins who is also a Five Element Acupuncturist.

Today Michelle got to work on my face. It now feels tighter and lifted even though the needles were left in for less time than in a real treatment. Impressed!

Hello!

Welcome to my new page... I'll be sharing my new career journey plus all sorts of information on wonderful Five Element Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine along the way.

I'm now at The Bridge Centre for Natural Health in Mickleover, Derby on a Weds and Thurs, including evenings.
