Today we raise a dram and enjoy the traditions of Scotland, with a feast of haggis, neeps and tatties followed by a whiskey infused trifle to celebrate the enduring legacy of Robert Burns. Happy Burns Night all 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥃😃

We had a great time at our Annual Christmas Fete on Saturday - playing games, eating mince pies & cakes and chatting about our upcoming Christmas plans. Thank you to all our Residents and Families who attended and made the event a lovely afternoon. Thank you to Sadie & Michelle who worked hard in the kitchen and to the other staff on shift who supported Residents to enjoy the afternoon. Also a special thank you to Mel for donating beautiful cakes & homemade mince pies, they were absolutely delicious 🎄😋

Huge thank you to Lees Brook Academy for kick starting our festive celebrations with wonderful Carol singing from the choir, and delicious mince pies from the post 16 catering team. Our residents thoroughly enjoyed engaging with the students who were a real credit to the school 🌲😋🎶

Its been a busy week this week. We have remembered the fallen on Armistice Day, had a wonderful performance from Jon on his violin, and enjoyed wearing our pyjamas, eating cake and playing Pudsey themed games to raise money for Children in Need 🥰🎻😊🍰
