This is not a fancy reel 😂 but my reality being a mum of 3 with limited time!

🕦 When time is short, grab some weights or just use your bodyweight and get moving!

A simple but effective little circuit targeting all the lower body major muscle groups. Repeat 2/3 times if you can.

Lunges > Squats > RDLs > Curtsy Lunges > Leg Raises > SL Reverse lunge with squat > Heel Raises

🍂 February Moko Buggy Walk 🍂

A huge thank you to all the amazing mums and their gorgeous babies who joined us for our third Moko Buggy Walk 💛

We braved the chilly February morning, soaked up some fresh air, moved our bodies, and left feeling lifted and energised, not to mention a cosy coffee at the end!

Life after having a baby can be both rewarding and challenging, so it was really special to come together, share experiences, and talk honestly about the highs and lows.

We were joined by the fabulous Laura whose knowledge and understanding was fantastic.

Such a lovely community moment 🤍 We hoped you enjoyed the good bag 🥰

I can’t wait to see you all at the next Moko Buggy Walk and our postnatal fitness classes in March!

Exercising with kids around isn’t easy.
The time isn’t always there.
The energy isn’t always there.
But you are. And that’s what matters. 💪

Today I started a simple weights workout — nothing fancy, just moving my body. My little one joined in, and what started as “just get through it” turned into something beautiful. We laughed, counted reps together, and sang silly songs between sets. 🧸💕

It wasn’t the perfect workout. But it was perfectly ours.

Mamas, remember this:
You don’t need the perfect setup.
You don’t need an hour of silence.
You don’t even need to feel 100%.
You just need to begin.
Start where you are. Move how you can.
You will always feel better after. Always. ❤️

☀️ The sun showed up for us this morning on our second Buggy Walk — and so did our beautiful Moko community 💛

We were thrilled to be joined by the amazing who guided us through some gentle, optional exercises designed to support postpartum recovery 🤱💪

There was chatting, laughing, moving, feeding, nappy-changing, and a whole lot of chatting.

Thank you to Liz for sharing your expertise — and a massive shoutout to all the wonderful mamas and their ridiculously cute babies 🫶👶

Lots of my patients often say they really enjoy the stretching part of a massage - neck, hip flexors and legs particularly.

I’m super happy to say I’ll be joining the fantastic Liz Phelps on her 2 day stretch course in October at in Melbourne and will soon be able to offer an incredible S T R E T C H treatment to my range.

This bodywork therapy delivers deep sustained pressure using gravity together with mobilising techniques and massage to leave you feeling lighter, longer and more energised.

Thai table stretch massage is a fully clothed treatment carried out on the massage couch.
