The sun is coming out more and so the lawnmowers are too! That pesky pollen is starting to make an appearance-Hayfever season is here 🌼 and if your eyes are feeling dry, itchy, or irritated—you’re not alone!

Pollen can really take a toll on your eyes, but using lubricating eye drops (artificial tears) can help soothe dryness, wash away allergens, and keep your eyes feeling comfortable throughout the day.

💧 Top tips:
• Use preservative-free drops if you can
• Apply drops regularly, not just when symptoms flare up
• Keep them in the fridge for an extra cooling effect
• Avoid rubbing your eyes—it can make symptoms worse
