How are you feeling this week ??

The last few days I've felt a definite shift in energy from our Throat to our Crown Chakra 🤍

My body feels achey & stiff and I'm suffering migraines which is a new feeling...

As we are entering the Snow Moon in Pisces where we can expect to feel a little exhausted & maybe a bit heady!

All I want to do is rest up but my imagination is running wild with future possibilities 🙏 Dream state is vivd during the time too...x
