Hello everyone ✴️

Here are some affirmations to support the Sacral Chakra - the centre of creativity, pleasure, emotional flow and connection.

Using positive affirmations is a gentle yet powerful way to support any imbalances. You might like to repeat them in the morning, during your practice, or throughout the day.

Affirmations are short, positive statements which, when repeated over time, create new, supportive imprints in the subconscious mind.
We are, in essence, reprogramming the brain and reshaping our belief system.

You might notice resistance to certain words… feeling silly or uncomfortable. Often, this is where healing is needed most.
Stay with it gently.

The intention is to reach a place where the body and mind begin to accept and embody what is being said.

✨ You can also create your own affirmations
If there are areas where you feel blocked, try turning them into a positive statement ~ as if you already are or feel that way.

Use present moment language:
“I am…”
“I feel…”
rather than “I will…” 🧡

This session focuses on the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) ~ supporting creativity, expression and connection. Expect fluid, flowing movement, hip work , conscious breath and embodied awareness to help you reconnect with your body’s flow and the water element 🌊

✨ Rest & Renew 💫 Restorative Yoga ✨

A gentle reminder that my Restorative Yoga class is tomorrow (Friday 13th March ) and there are still a few spaces available if you feel called to join and practice to REST ☺️

Restorative yoga is a deeply nourishing practice designed to help the body and mind slow down. Using supportive props and longer-held poses, we gently encourage the nervous system to shift from the “fight or flight” stress response into the parasympathetic state ~ the body’s natural rest, repair, and healing mode.

When the nervous system begins to regulate and settle, the body can truly start to restore itself 🫶

Some beautiful benefits of restorative practice include:

🌿 Helping the body move out of chronic stress mode
🌿 Deep relaxation for body and mind

✨ Sacred Waters of Glastonbury ✨

I recently had the beautiful opportunity to visit the magical Chalice Well Gardens in Glastonbury with my soul sister Prem . Walking through the gardens felt like entering a space where time slows down and the earth gently invited us to reconnect with ourselves 🌀

The natural spring flowing from the well is known for its iron-rich “red water,” a symbol of deep grounding and nourishment from the earth. Sitting beside the flowing water, listening to its gentle flow, you can truly feel a sense of calm, reflection, and quiet healing 💫 💧

Water has always been one of nature’s most powerful healers. It cleanses, restores, and reminds us to flow with life rather than resist it. Sharing that peaceful moment in such a sacred place with a dear soul sister made the experience even more special 🫶

Places like this hold a unique energy , inviting us to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with our inner balance ⚖️

I am still gently recovering and honouring my body as it heals, so this week I’ve been filling my cup with quiet moments, nature, and soul medicine✨

Yesterday in Glastonbury, with my dear soul sister we climbed the Tor and were gifted the most beautiful sunset. As the sun melted into the horizon, it felt like an invitation to pause, breathe, and remember that healing often happens in the stillness.

These sacred landscapes hold such powerful energy. I’m feeling deeply grateful to receive it, slowly restoring body, mind, and spirit 🙌🏼 🌀 💫

No fixing. No judging. Just noticing.

The Root Chakra (Muladhara) is our energetic foundation ~ connected to safety, stability, belonging and our basic needs. When life feels uncertain, rushed or ungrounded, this is often where we feel it first.

If any of those self-check questions stirred something within you, know that you’re not alone. Awareness is the first step. From there, we offer support.

One of the most powerful ways to nurture the Root Chakra is through using affirmations.

Words carry energy.
When repeated with intention, they begin to gently reshape how we feel, think and move through the world.

If safety, stability or trust feel challenged right now, try softly repeating:

✨ I am safe and secure
✨ I am stable
✨ I trust life and myself
✨ I am grounded, rooted, connected
✨ I nurture myself

Let the words land in the body.

An invitation to awaken, build energy and rise with intention.

This chakra-based yoga series is designed to activate and energise the body from the ground up. Each session blends dynamic yet mindful movement, strong foundations, conscious breath and purposeful flow — supporting vitality, confidence and embodied strength.

We journey through the lower chakras, cultivating stability (Root), creativity (Sacral), and personal power (Solar Plexus), before opening into the heart space. Expect movement that stirs energy, clears stagnation and leaves you feeling vibrant, focused and uplifted.

This year began more slowly than I anticipated.
After navigating some health challenges, I took time to rest, reset, and listen deeply.

I’m now back — grounded, present, and ready to hold space again 🤍
