A very Merry Christmas from all at Brookfields today!

We have had a lovely dinner today for residents and families, and we are all very much in the holiday spirit! 🎄

A huge thank you to all who have supported us this Christmas, and to the wonderful people who have supplied secret santa gifts for our residents, including local cafe Mrs C's Tea Cosy ☕️ We really appreciate it!

Today we baked gingerbread!

We rolled and cut them out this morning, had them bake over lunch and decorated this afternoon! They’re ready to eat with our Christmas film night this evening! 🎄

Today we have been pom pom making again - but with a twist!

Our residents made some animals - reindeers and caterpillars! We had a lovely time chatting, drinking tea and making pompoms!

This afternoon we have been painting baubles!

Our residents had a lovely time having a chat and painting their festive creations, and everyone went for such different designs!

Last week we had a wonderful time baking jam tarts! We had a wonderful time and they tasted delicious!

Today we painted some lovely letters to create yet another resident-crafted centrepiece in the lounge!

Our residents were given two letters each to paint in a design of their choice to spell BROOKFIELDS in the lounge! We had a huge range of colours and lots of fun designing!
