Rachel is one of our most established and popular practitioners, offering Osteopathy treatments at our Centre on a Tuesday and Thursday.

“I have over 25 years experience, having graduated from The British School of Osteopathy in 1999 after a four year degree.
I treat people of all ages - from birth onwards, utilising a variety of osteopathic skills including Cranial and Paediatric Osteopathy.
Where appropriate I also incorporate low level Laser Therapy and lifestyle advice into my treatments, if beneficial, clients may also be sent home with simple exercises to help maintain or continue to improve wellbeing.” Rachel

What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often referred to as tapping, is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that combines elements of psychology with gentle tapping on specific acupressure points. EFT supports emotional regulation by helping to reduce distress linked to stress, trauma, anxiety, low mood, and limiting beliefs.

By focusing on both the mind and body, EFT can help calm the nervous system, process difficult emotions, and create lasting emotional relief.
