Group courses! Perfect for those of you who are due in March, April, May, June or July! A group is a great way to learn Hypnobirthing and also make some friends along the way! I’ll be teaching in person at at the end of the month, and online in February.

Happy New Year!

Is 2023 the year of your baby’s birthday?

I’m so excited, after a break away having my youngest baby, to be back teaching Hypnobirthing this year! 🤗

I’ll be teaching group Hypnobirthing courses at the wonderful and also online, as well as offering private courses in your own homes. ✨
