You may recognise me in one of those capacities. Are they what I aspire to be? Honestly – not really. I chose all of the above. Things are changing for me now and of course that thing is that I am ageing.

It is the most natural thing in the world and how I am navigating it is my choice. I am 50. Things are not the same as they were 10 years ago. I am taking one thing very seriously these days and that is I AM MY PRIORITY.

My health and longevity and so I do things differently now.

There are exciting things coming for Allestree Aesthetics in 2026, a swerve, a deviation, a redefining of my identity evolving as the boys are growing up.

Utilising knowledge, science, research and of course my own experience.

I will not become invisible or quiet. I am here and I am going to be taking up space. And I want you all with me.
