It's National Heart Month and our Resus Training Team have been sharing life saving techniques with our colleagues.

Those minutes between a cardiac arrest and paramedics arrival are critical and knowing the right CPR techniques can keep a person alive until paramedics arrive to take over.

Using a specialist CPR Manikin, teaching our people how to do this with us saves lives.

If you’re unfortunate enough to catch it, remember you need to stay at home until 48 hours after your symptoms subside - you are still infectious within that period, regardless of whether or not you feel well.
