I'm just shouting loud and proud about my fabulous Ripley Slimming World members! March has seen 45 yes 45 gorgeous awards achieved. Ranging from a fabulous 1/2 stone award to an amazing 4 stone award along with slimmer of the week and slimmer of the month awards too. It's such an honour to be part of my members weight loss journeys.

Thinking of joining Slimming World? Then my lovely groups at St Joseph's Church in Ripley are waiting to welcome you along. There's plenty of time to get summer ready and we are here to help you every step of the way. Come and join us, my groups run every Thursday with a time to suit everyone. Our early bird session at 7.30am is perfect if you need to get to work afterwards or if you're an early riser, our 9 am session is great for after the school run, our 5.30pm session is fabulous for after work and our 7pm session is great if you're looking for a quieter one. We are ready to welcome you 🙋‍♀️

Celebrated a friends birthday yesterday with a fab Slimming World food optimising friendly afternoon tea. Thank you to Creative Connections in Alfrton for a great time. Great food and wonderful service too.
