🎉 Thank you to everyone who joined us for our official Empowering U launch in Greater Manchester and Northern England! 💚

What an incredible evening of connection, collaboration, and shared purpose. It was truly inspiring to bring together so many passionate health, care, and clinical professionals who are dedicated to making a positive impact across the North.

Your support means the world to us as we continue our mission of delivering personalised Nurse‑led and Complex Care within our new Northern hub.

A heartfelt thank you to both charities Manchester Foundation Trust Charity, represented by Brad Hawkins, and the Spinal Injuries Association represented by Gary Dawson - for joining us, sharing your missions, and inspiring everyone in the room. Your work makes a real difference, and we’re proud to support the impact you continue to make across the community.

What is nurse-led care?

Nurse-led care is a healthcare model where experienced nurses play a central role in coordinating and delivering personalised, holistic support, especially within complex and challenging care journeys.

What does that mean in practice?

• Care that looks at the whole picture, not just individual parts

🌈 We recently raised £307.60 for Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People!

Rainbows are an incredible charity that provides care and support to hundreds of families every year to ensure every baby, child and young person can thrive.

Following the fundraiser, our Operational Manager, Louise, and our Registered Manager, Kaye, had the opportunity to visit Rainbows and see first‑hand the amazing work they do. The visit was truly inspiring and reinforced just how important their work is to the families they support.

We’re proud to continue supporting this wonderful cause and remain committed to making a meaningful difference where it truly matters.

🌱 What We’ve Learned This Year

Every client we work with teaches us something new about strength, patience, and progress.

This year, we’ve learned that:
💚 Strength doesn’t always look strong.
💚 Independence can mean asking for help.
💚 Progress is deeply personal, and never linear.
