Behind every outburst, refusal, or shutdown is often a need that isn’t being met, a feeling that can’t be expressed, or a situation that feels overwhelming.

Instead of asking “What’s wrong with them?”
Try asking “What are they trying to tell us?”

💡 Stay calm
💡 Look for triggers
💡 Be consistent
💡 Focus on connection, not control

When we respond with understanding rather than punishment, we create space for real change.
