Constant thinking ... computer active - too many windows open - over drive ... computer slows down - hence brain fog ... trapped in a thinking portal ... time just disappears & your nervous system is triggered into fight - flight or freeze 🤯

This means you are on guard - all of the time - height of stress & re-active 💣
