Formby Foot Clinic I am a Specialist Podiatrist I treat people with a wide range of foot problems: removal of callus, corns, nailcare, plantar fasciitis, orthotics & verrucas

Firstly, may I introduce myself; my name is Scott White, I am a highly qualified and experienced Podiatrist/Chiropodist working and living in Formby. I work as a Specialist Podiatrist within the NHS serving those patients who are considered high risk due to multiple complex health conditions. I am aware not all patients meet the NHS criteria for chiropody therefore I also offer my services on a private basis providing both routine and specialist foot care to the public. I offer thorough assessments and treatment plans for patients and those necessary one off treatments where required. I work privately at The Formby Health Rooms and can also offer home visits where it is more convenient. My services include:

➢ Vascular/neurological/pathological assessment of the foot
➢ Cutting nails/reduction of thickened nails
➢ Cutting back ingrowing toenails both conservatively and nail surgery.
➢ Debridement of corns/callus
➢ Treatment of verruca
➢ Biomechanical assessment/plantar fasciitis/orthotics
➢ Extensive footwear/footcare advice
➢ Minor wound dressing & extensive wound care advice
