Here’s what to expect in my antenatal classes 👇🏻

I’ve combined my hypnobirthing training AND my experience as a midwife to bring a jam-packed antenatal course covering everything including:
💗 learning how to remove fear around birth
💗 what to expect with all modes of birth/place of birth/signs of labour/writing birth preferences etc
💗 making informed choices and info on topics such as induction
💗 how your birth partner can support you
💗 practical things you can do to prepare and use in labour to keep calm
💗 what to expect physically & emotionally post-birth, care of baby & feeding

My classes are relaxed, calm and I encourage you to ask any questions. You also get to connect with other local parents.
Antenatal education is my passion and it really can make such a difference if you feel informed. I’m never going to tell you what to do - all I care about is that expectant parents are empowered and informed to make the choices that are right for them!

Classes will be back in January (Mondays & Fridays are both fully booked). They run in 5 weekly blocks and all 2026 dates will be shared on here as and when they’re released.
